Do you use a Print-on-Demand service to make & ship your products?

• No, we do not use a Print-on-Demand service. We create and ship our products in-house. This allows us to make sure our customers are provided with quality products using our authentically creative designs.

What brand of clothing do you use?

• We typically use Gildan brand clothing. Substitutions may apply. Please follow a standard Gildan size chart when ordering.

Is your clothing for men or women?

• Our clothing is unisex. When choosing your size, please use the standard unisex Gildan size chart for adults. We do not offer children's sizes on our website. If you would like to request a custom size, such as a child's size, please add your request in the notes when you place your order.

Are you a screen printer?

• We are not a screen printer. Our designs are made using vinyl that is made specifically for fabrics. Please note that colors are not exact matches of the images that appear on our website or social media pages. Our images are for illustration purposes only.

How do I know if my order went through correctly when requesting customizations?

• All orders with notes entered during checkout that are requesting customizations will be confirmed before the order is processed. Our customer service department will reach out to you for confirmation of your requested customizations prior to fulfillment of your order.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Please note that customizations or special apparel brand requests, etc. may require additional processing times. Our customer service department will reach out to you regarding any delays with the shipment of your order. Please review our shipping policy for further information.

Can you create a design for me that I don't see on your website?

• It is not in our business practice to conduct freelance graphic design requests. However, due to our customization options, we may accept non-complex design requests. Feel free to contact us with inquires.
